WIST Documents

The documentation for WIST includes documentation for the WIST system proper and documents for Pcapstore, the storage engine used internally by WIST.

WIST

• extract.wf - a workflow for producing extracts from cellular biomass
• user.wf - a workflow for tracking project users, email addresses, and passwords
• protocol.wf - a workflow for archiving experimental protocols used in a project
• sample_flight.wf - an example of a multi-step workflow (buying airline tickets); SQL data for this example are here: sample_flight.sql.

Pcapstore

Pcapstore is used internally by WIST to manage uploaded files. While many users will never need to interact with Pcapstore directly, those who wish to access or store data in it (either to make it available to WIST or for other uses) may consult the following documents.

• http-interface.pod.html - Server interface (from pcapstore/Notes/http-interface.pod in public source distribution)
